High Heel Magazine v. 2 #8, March 1939. The magazine is in GD- condition. It has a great cover image by Peter Driben! It has some wear/chipping around the cover and spine edges. Its has rusty staples and a detached cover. There is a tear across the center of the back page and tearing/nibbling that goes through most of the interior pages. It has supple pages.
