This listing is for a scarce issue of Picture Play Magazine v.23 #4 December, 1925. This issue has great cover art by Hal Phyfe of Louise Fazenda. It grades at VG. Its front cover has nicely maintained its original cover and the book is complete with no cut-outs. Its covers and spine have some shelf wear/chipping/tearing around the edges. It has tearing/chipping on its spine and apparent glue repair. It has supple pages. The pictures will give you a better sense of its condition. Please let me know if you have any questions.
